INGREDIENTS
  • 4 oz. Chicken Breast

  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 small Sweet Potato

    1 small Sweet Potato

  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour

    2 cups Whole Wheat Flour

  • 1/2 cup Zucchini

    1/2 cup Zucchini

Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 400 C, line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2
  • 1 small Sweet Potato

    1 small Sweet Potato

  • Wash Sweet Potato. Use a fork to poke holes all around the Sweet Potato. Wrap the Sweet Potato in tin foil and put into oven. Bake for 40 minutes or until Sweet Potato is soft.

  • 4 oz. Chicken Breast

    4 oz. Chicken Breast

  • In a large pot, bring water to boil over high heat. Boil chicken for about 20 min.

  • 1/2 cup Zucchini

    1/2 cup Zucchini

  • Meanwhile, grate zucchini and set aside. Remove chicken from pot and shred with fork. Set aside and let cool for 30 min.

  • 1 small Sweet Potato

    1 small Sweet Potato

  • Remove sweet potato from oven. Remove tin foil and skin of sweet potato. Set aside and let cool for 30 min. Turn the oven down to 350 C.

  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 small Sweet Potato

    1 small Sweet Potato

  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour

    2 cups Whole Wheat Flour

  • 1/2 cup Zucchini

    1/2 cup Zucchini

  • In large mixing bowl, combine ⅓ cup of the sweet potato, chicken, zucchini, olive oil, cinnamon, egg and whole wheat flour. Knead dough until ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Step 7
  • Place sweet potato dough between two pieces of parchment paper on the counter. Roll the dough out until it is about ½ inch in thickness. 

Step 8
  • Use a cookie cutter of your choice. Place cookies onto sheet pan. 

Step 9
  • Put the sheet pan into the oven and bake for 25 to 30 min or until the bottom of the cookies have browned.

Step 10
  • Remove from oven and let the cookies cool. 

Step 11
  • Once cool, cookies are ready for your doggie to enjoy!
