INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups Gluten Free Oat Flour

  • 2 tbsp Sun Dried Tomato

  • 1 small Sweet Potato

    1 small Sweet Potato

  • 1 small Zucchini

    1 small Zucchini

Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 400 C, line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.

  • Wash Sweet Potato. Use a fork to poke holes all around the Sweet Potato. Wrap the Sweet Potato in tin foil and put into oven. Bake for 40 minutes or until Sweet Potato is soft.

  • 2 tbsp Red Bell Pepper

    2 tbsp Red Bell Pepper

  • 2 tbsp Sun Dried Tomato

    2 tbsp Sun Dried Tomato

  • 1 small Zucchini

    1 small Zucchini

  • Wash Zucchini and Red Bell Pepper. Grate zucchini. Small dice the red bell pepper and the sun dried tomato.

  • 2 cups Gluten Free Oat Flour

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan

  • 2 tbsp Red Bell Pepper

  • 1/4 tsp Rosemary

    1/4 tsp Rosemary

  • 2 tbsp Sun Dried Tomato

  • 1 small Zucchini

    1 small Zucchini

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ½ cup of grate zucchini, sun dried tomato, red bell pepper, parmesan, olive oil, rosemary and oat flour. Combined thoroughly.

  • 1 small Sweet Potato

    1 small Sweet Potato

  • Remove sweet potato from oven. Remove tin foil and skin of sweet potato. Set aside and let cool for 30 min. Turn the oven down to 350 C.

  • 1 small Sweet Potato

    1 small Sweet Potato

  • Add ½ cup of cooked sweet potato to mixing bowl. Knead until ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Step 7
  • Place dough between two pieces of parchment paper on the counter. Roll the dough out until it is about ½ inch in thickness.

Step 8
  • Use a cookie cutter of your choice. Place cookies onto sheet pan.

Step 9
  • Put the sheet pan into the oven and bake for 20 min or until the bottom of the cookies have browned. 

Step 10
  • Remove from oven and let the cookies cool.

Step 11
  • Once cool, cookies are ready for your doggie to enjoy!
