INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flaxseed

  • 1 Cup Oat Flour (gluten free)

  • 213g of Canned Pink Salmon (Substitute with fresh cooked salmon if you wish)

  • 1 Small Sweet Potato

Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 400 C, line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.

  • Wash Sweet Potato. Use a fork to poke holes all around the Sweet Potato. Wrap the Sweet Potato in tin foil and put into oven. Bake for 40 minutes or until Sweet Potato is soft.

  • 2 tbsp Ground Flaxseed

  • 1 Cup Oat Flour (gluten free)

  • 213g of Canned Pink Salmon (Substitute with fresh cooked salmon if you wish)

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground flaxseed, salmon and oat flour. Set aside.

Step 4
  • 1 Small Sweet Potato

  • Remove sweet potato from oven. Remove tin foil and skin of sweet potato. Set aside and let cool for 30 min. Turn the oven down to 350 C.

  • Once cooled, add 1 cup of the cooked sweet potato to the mixing bowl. Wet your hands to keep the dough from sticking  and knead the dough until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Step 6
  • Wet your hands and mold about 1 tbsp of the mixture into a square and place on sheet pan. Repeat until sheet pan is full.

Step 7
  • Put the sheet pan into the oven and bake for 15 to 20 min or until the bottom of the cookies have browned.

Step 8
  • Remove from oven and let the cookies cool.

Step 9
  • Once cool, cookies are ready for your doggie to enjoy!
